Service Guarantee & Refund Policy

1. Service Guarantee: At WVE Fleet Solutions Inc., we stand behind our engineering. All modifications, including Pneumatic Roller Bed installations and structural repairs, are guaranteed to meet the technical specifications agreed upon in the initial project scope. If a service does not meet the established QA standards, we will rectify it at no additional cost.

2. Engineering & Labor Costs: Due to the custom nature of fleet engineering and specialized labor, completed services are non-refundable. Once a unit has been modified and cleared through our Simulated DOT Audit, the service is considered fulfilled.

3. Deposits for Specialized Parts: For projects requiring specialized hardware (e.g., Hydraroll systems or custom materials), deposits used for the procurement of these parts are non-refundable once the order has been placed with the manufacturer.

4. Booking & Consultation Fees

  • Pre-Inspection Fees: If a fee was charged for a scheduled inspection, it is refundable if the appointment is canceled at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will be credited toward a future service but are not eligible for a cash refund.

5. Dispute Resolution: We are committed to transparency. If you are unsatisfied with a service, you must notify our Quality Assurance manager within 7 business days of unit delivery. We will work diligently to resolve any technical discrepancies to ensure your fleet remains audit-ready.
