1. Acceptance of Terms: By accessing this website and booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws of the State of California.

2. Scope of Services: WVE Fleet Solutions Inc. provides specialized fleet engineering, modifications, and inspections. All technical specifications and project scopes must be approved in writing before work commences.

3. Booking & Cancellations

• Pre-Inspections: Appointments booked online are subject to availability.

• Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Failure to provide notice may result in a rescheduling fee.

4. Liability & Insurance

• While assets are at our facility, they are covered under our Garage Insurance Policy.

• WVE Fleet Solutions is not liable for loss of income or revenue due to unforeseen mechanical delays or parts availability beyond our control.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring units are cleared of any hazardous materials or illegal cargo before intake.

5. Payment & Billing

• All billing is issued by WVE Inc. (California Corp).

• Payment terms are specified on each individual invoice.

• Standard documentation, including W-9 forms, will be provided to ensure tax compliance.

6. Governing Law: Any legal disputes or claims arising from our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA, regardless of where the physical service was performed.
